 Manager – Corporate Planning
Position Summary

Evaluation of new investment opportunities

  • Analysis of proposals for mergers/acquisitions/Joint ventures.
  • Feasibility study for new projects.
  • Monitoring progress of ongoing projects.

Business analysis / MIS.


Investor relations.

  • Dealing with institutional investors / handle investor queries / Preparing investor presentations etc.

Managing business intelligence.

  • Industry research.
  • Competitors' analysis.
  • Maintain data base of all the relevant business information.
Desired Profile
  • CA (preferred)/ MBA (Finance)
  • 6-7 years in Business analysis / MIS / Corporate Planning function of a reputed organization
