Ring Plus Aqua, the auto component business arm of Raymond Limited acquired Trinity India Ltd., a Pune based Forged component manufacturer, marking its entry into the Forged components.

The move significantly strengthens the Company's position in the global automotive power train domain. The expansion into forgings also provides an opportunity to look at the fast developing Non-auto sectors like Power, Aviation, Defence and Nuclear equipment.

Trinity India has four manufacturing facilities with an installed forging capacity of 12,500 tons. The company supplies Hubs, Spindles, Connecting rods and similar components to Auto majors like Ford, Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motos, Fiat, Bosch, Eaton, Dana etc.
