Raymond has set up a state-of-the art manufacturing facility of formal shirts through a technical collaboration with Flex Japan, a Japanese shirt manufacturing company. The plant boasts of high-tech machinery from Pfaff, Duerkopp and Juki, spreading from Bullmer and cutters from Gerber. The plant produces 1.5 million dress shirts annually.
